Filament Nebula PLA 607 White [1,75mm, 1kg]

PLA 607 is a special thermoplastic 3D filament made from polylactic acid, which, following a simple heat treatment (annealing), acquires properties comparable to those of ABS. It thus combines the user-friendliness of classic PLA with high mechanical strength and extreme heat resistance.

Annealing (heat treatment) procedure

To achieve maximum strength and the properties of ABS, follow these steps:

1. Place the finished print in a cold convection oven on a base with low thermal conductivity.
2. Set the temperature to 80 °C and switch on the convection fan.
3. Heat the print for 10 to 25 minutes (depending on the wall thickness of the object).
4. Once the time has elapsed, carefully remove the print (do not touch it whilst it is hot) and allow it to cool naturally.
