Polymaker PolyFlex™ TPU95-HF (High Flow) is a revolutionary flexible material designed for those who require high productivity without compromising on quality. Thanks to collaboration with experts from Covestro (Addigy® material), a filament has been created that combines extreme flexibility with high-speed printing capabilities.

High-speed printing (High Flow): The special composition allows for smooth material flow even at higher speeds (up to 100 mm/s), which is unthinkable with conventional TPU materials.

Excellent flexibility: With a hardness of 95A Shore and an elongation of over 460%, you can stretch your prints to more than three times their length without breaking.

Wide compatibility: Designed to be printed by most common FDM printers. The ideal stiffness of the filament minimizes the risk of "chewing" in the extruder.

UV resistance: The material is highly resistant to sunlight and weathering, making it ideal for functional outdoor parts.

For best results and maximum layer cohesion, we recommend the following settings:
