Filament Prusament PP Carbon Fiber Black [1,75mm, 0.65kg]

Prusament PP Carbon Fibre Black 650g (NFC) is a top-of-the-range technical filament from Prusa Research, made from polypropylene reinforced with recycled carbon fibres. It combines an extremely low weight with excellent chemical and thermal resistance. Thanks to the carbon fibre additive, it offers excellent dimensional stability, allowing large models to be printed even without a heated build chamber.

Recommended print parameters and instructions

• Nozzle temperature: 260–280 °C
• Bed temperature: 75–95 °C
• Hardened nozzle required: Due to the abrasiveness of the carbon fibres, use a hardened steel nozzle or a ruby tip.
• Bed preparation: Cannot be printed directly onto standard PEI sheets. Requires a special PP bed sheet or PP tape to ensure proper adhesion.
• Storage and environment: The filament does not require drying. Printing in a well-ventilated area is recommended.
