DevilDesign ASA – the ideal filament for durable outdoor prints

This technical filament offers high resistance to UV radiation and weathering, which means that prints do not yellow or crack and retain their strength and appearance over time. It is ideal for outdoor parts, functional prototypes, and durable structural elements.

🖨️ Recommended printing parameters

Nozzle temperature: 230–240 °C

Bed temperature: 90–100 °C

Cooling: not recommended (to prevent layer cracking)

Enclosed chamber: highly recommended

For best results, print in an enclosed printer with limited airflow. ASA tends to shrink similarly to ABS, so it is important to maintain a stable temperature and good adhesion to the bed.

Each DevilDesign ASA spool contains 800g of filament, which is precisely wound, vacuum-packed, and protected with a desiccant. To maintain ideal properties, we recommend storing in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
