DevilDesign TPU – flexible and durable filament for functional prints

Do you need a material that can handle bending, impact, and mechanical stress? DevilDesign TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is the perfect choice. This filament combines elasticity, strength, and high wear resistance, making it suitable for all projects where flexibility and durability are required. TPU is highly resistant to oils, fats, and lubricants, making it ideal for technical and functional parts.

🖨️ Recommended printing parameters

• Nozzle temperature: 210–230 °C
• Bed temperature: 20–80 °C
• Cooling: recommended for better detail
• Extruder: ideally direct drive (printing is more difficult in Bowden)
• Print speed: slower than with rigid filaments due to the flexibility of the material

TPU is easy to print if stable extrusion and lower speed are ensured. Thanks to low shrinkage, prints retain their shape and do not deform.

📦 Packaging and quality

Each DevilDesign TPU spool contains 1 kg of filament, which is vacuum-packed with a desiccant and wound on a transparent PC spool. This protects it from moisture and keeps it ready for immediate use.
