PolyLite™ PLA-CF – Industrial look and extreme rigidity

PolyLite™ PLA-CF is a high-quality PLA filament reinforced with 8% chopped carbon fibers. This material offers the ideal balance between the easy printability of classic PLA and the mechanical strength of composite materials. The result is parts with a unique smooth, matte surface that perfectly masks layers.

This material is abrasive, so pay attention to the choice of nozzle.

Key settings:

Nozzle temperature: 190 °C – 230 °C

Bed temperature: 25 °C – 60 °C

Print speed: 30 – 70 mm/s

Bed surface: Works great on most common surfaces (PEI, glass, BuildTak).

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to its 8% carbon fiber content, this filament is abrasive. For printing, the printer must be equipped with a hardened steel nozzle or a nozzle with a gemstone. A standard brass nozzle would wear out very quickly.
