Cleaning filament

is used for simple cleaning of clogged nozzles of 3D printers and 3D pens. It also removes plastic residue clogged in the hotend and nozzle.

Gembird print filaments are designed to prevent your 3D printer from jamming. As soon as the filament enters the heating circuit, a steady melting of the material occurs smoothly and instantly, resulting in extremely smooth filament extrusion. No more clogged nozzles.

Unlike some filaments on the market, Gembird print strings do not release hazardous odors, ensuring safe and clean printing operation.

Application tips

Introduce the cleaning string into the preheated extruder at 160-280 °C in the same way as a normal printing string, then let the string extruding approximately 30 - 50 cm of filament.
